A video we both designed and animated for Location Sciences to illustrate their SaaS product. This video explains how their location authentication software works. We used a mixture of 2d and 3d elements to produce this project. The abstract elements of the software itself lend it to having a very minimalist and sleek look to the overall video.

What’s the Process?
SaaS video animation and design is a very easy process when it comes down to production. It is a five step process to go from idea to a finished product. We work alongside our clients to bring their vision to life with integrity, accuracy and speed.
Step 1:
Previsualization and Script Writing
The first step is to work with us to create a script that fits your messaging, and video runtime. Then, we’ll ensure it accurately conveys what you want the video to look like.
Often times, this involves visual descriptions of actions, as well as the creation of style frames or a visual storyboard if necessary. Usually this process takes 1-3 weeks depending on your schedule and availability, as well as how long or complicated the video is.
Step 2:
Music and Voiceover
After this, we pick out music and a the appropriate voice over artist to set the tone and feel of your video. We will provide several options of voice actor auditions, and music options for you the pick from. This is often times started at the end of the process of script writing.
Step 3:
Design
Next, it’s time for us to design the animated elements and get your approval on the look and feel of the content. This can either be an in-depth storyboard if you’d like more input on the project, or a few more styleframes if you’re happy with the direction and ok with us running with the process on our own.
Step 4:
Motion Design & Animation Production
After you approve the designs, we then animate your video and work with you collaboratively to perfect the video you’d like to see. Usually, we provide 2 rounds of revisions on the animation process and allow small tweaks at the end of the process for you to perfect your video to your liking.
Step 5:
Finalization
Finally, any last minute polishing elements and tweaks to animation, as well as adding elements like sound effects are our last step until delivery. If you need something like different formats for the video for social platforms, or turning certain elements into shorts, then this is usually when that step will take place.
